Lipreading Tutor Vacancy

City Lit are looking to recruit lipreading tutors to their talent bank. These are hourly paid tutors who may be invited to teach particular modules within the academic year, deliver workshops or provide cover for staff as requested.

Hourly tutors are not guaranteed work, but may be called upon when classes need a tutor, or the existing tutor is unable to teach. Applicants should be prepared to commit for at least one academic year.

City Lit are particularly looking for a beginner's module, face-to-face tutor - although experience of teaching online is highly desirable. Face-to-face classes are delivered from the college in Covent Garden, Central London. Viable applicants would need to be able to travel to the college on a weekly basis, at least. However, online provision is growing, so it may be worth making an application even if you cannot travel to the college.
